Technology Requirements

For optimal performance the recommended software requirements and browser revision levels are:

  • To meet this application security standards, your browser must support 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.
  • For login access, your internet browser must support cookies
  • For response lodgement, your browser must have Javascript enabled

GuySuCo eProcurement functions have been tested and proven using the following browsers, other browsers may not function correctly:

  • Internet Explorer 10.0 or later;
  • Firefox 40.0 or later
  • Google Chrome 47.0 or later

Additional Software

Vendors may use compression software such as WinZip or WinRAR to compress electronic tender responses. The format for tender responses will be specified within the Terms and Conditions for individual tenders.

Screen Resolution

For the best view of GuySuCo eProcurement Application, it is recommended that your screen resolution be set to 1024 x 768 pixels

Why is it important for me to maintain a current email address?

When you download tender documentation, it is important for you to ensure that your email address is current. It is this address that notification about addenda issuance, tender process changes and business opportunity / planned procurement will be sent.

What are my obligations as a Registered User?

As a registered user you are required to accept the Terms of Use at the time of registration. They are available under the 'Terms and Conditions' heading, if you wish to view them prior to registration.

Can I cease using GuySuCo eProcurement at any time?

You can cease using GuySuCo eProcurement at any time. Please send a request to eprocurement@guysuco.com to have your account suspended. User profiles will be purged if they are inactive for 12 months.
